I started in the Information Technology industry right out of the service in the early 70’s. I progressed as a service technician in IBM based main frames,  through telecommunications technical support, and was a District Service Manager and an Operations Manager  for a PC/software company. I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems and Business and started teaching Information Technology courses in the late 90’s.

I consider myself a “GEEK”, along with our other technology instructors and am proud of it. We live for computers - what they can do for us and how we can implement new ideas and solutions to put our school close to the leading edge of technology. We strive to give our students the exposure they need to be successful.

I received my Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Finance in 1996 from New York University. I later on furthered my education with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Executive Management in 2008 from New York University, graduating summa cum laude.

From a professional perspective, I am the former regional director of operations for LSG Sky Chefs in New York City (1996 till 1999). I currently serve as a senior budget consultant for the Mass Transit Authority (MTA) railroad (2000 till present).

I have the great opportunity of bringing a vast wealth of relevant business experience into the classroom. At Sky Chefs, I began my career as an entry level food manager and held the following positions throughout my tenure with the company: controller, customer service manager, transition team consultant and operations manager. At the MTA, I lead a team of ten employees that control and distribute the budget for the entire agency.  Although the work is very stressful and demanding, I thrive upon the variety and fast past nature of the position.

I graduated from Lehigh Valley College with an Associates of Specialized Technology Degree in Computer Programming in 2005. After taking a hiatus to concentrate on my career in Information Technology, I began classes for my Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems in 2010 at Central Penn College. I will graduate in 2013, while consistently making Dean's List.

I began my career in Information Technology at an Allentown-based Nursing and Rehabilitation center, working as a support technician from 2004-2006. In 2007, I changed my career from support to technology instructor at Pennsylvania School of Business.

Along with these two jobs, I also volunteered with a network administrator at a private college to set up their environment for Macs and Windows computers, and designed Web sites.

I have also implemented several projects at PSB, including
  • Online Distance Learning Management System
  • PSB's student informational Web site
  • Online Grades
  • Student e-mail

I work closely with John Deleo, IT Program Director, in planning and implementing new solutions to enhance the efficiency and overall experience for the PSB student.

Even with instructing, project management, taking classes, and raising a family, I still manage to find time for my three other loves: gaming on my PS3, reading, and photography.
